Patient-centered orthopedic care, built around your recovery.
Premier OrthoCare is a focused orthopedic practice committed to restoring movement, function, and confidence — through expert surgical care, thoughtful non-operative treatment, and clear, unhurried communication.
Our philosophy of care.
Orthopedic problems rarely affect just one joint — they affect how you move through your day, your work, and the things you love. Our care plans reflect that.
We believe in honest conversations about what surgery can and cannot do, and in spending the time it takes to get the plan right.

Second Opinions
Considering surgery? We offer thorough second-opinion consultations to help you make a confident, informed decision about your care.
Common questions before your first visit.
-
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, any prior imaging (X-rays or MRI on disc or via patient portal), and a list of questions you would like to discuss.
-
Do I need a referral to be seen?
A referral is not required for most patients. Some insurance plans (HMOs, in particular) require a referral from a primary care physician — please check with your plan or call our office and we can help verify.
-
Do you treat patients without surgery?
Yes — non-surgical treatment is often the right path. We offer physical therapy referrals, injections, bracing, and conservative care. Surgery is recommended only when it is the best option for your condition and goals.
-
How long is recovery from joint replacement surgery?
Most patients return to light daily activity within 4–6 weeks and to full activity within 3–6 months, depending on the procedure and individual factors. We discuss a personalized recovery timeline at your consultation.
-
Do you offer second opinions?
Absolutely. Second-opinion consultations are one of our most-requested services — there is no obligation to switch your care, and we are glad to give you an unhurried, independent review of your imaging and options.
-
Where do you perform surgery?
Surgical procedures are performed at our affiliated hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. The right facility depends on the procedure, your insurance, and clinical factors — we will confirm the location with you before scheduling.
We accept most major insurance plans.
Coverage and benefits vary by plan and procedure. To verify whether your specific plan is accepted — including any pre-authorization requirements — please contact our office. Our team is glad to help confirm coverage before your appointment.
